Hey they dont load up the zaony data. Do someone now why? its load than hair and the other parts are come but i cant load it up . Please help smid_6

why doesnt it want to download/update the itc? i reinstall countless times but it still freezes the download at like 99% and NEVER finishes why is that? i did everything it needed to work, it worked before but for some reason... >_> i got a virus... so i had to take it off, now its just refusing to update. and the virus was a literal virus not the itc files itself
please help?

I think new update will fixed it but maybe ur connection is too low or just bad. I have no idea.
