Your Ban Reason say's everything that you have been banned due spamming and posting content in a inappropriate section.
Though, all bans related to spamming and posting content in inappropriate section are all reviewed by the staff first before taking an action, i can't see anything wrong with your ban.

Es spam y contenido fuera de lugar
Spam-> Enviar varios mensajes sin que otro haya respondido y no haber editado tu comentario.
Contenido fuera de lugar->Si el tema trata de "Videos interesantes" habla de eso, NO de otra cosa.....
